You will need ViewRanger software (link not mobile friendly) on your phone to make use of this, and GPS capability. You're better off researching that on your desktop.
As mobile browsing is rather primitive, not all phones will allow you to download the .gpx files to your mobile.
To get around this, we have zipped the files up to force the mobiles to download the route.
Click here to download a program that unzips the gps file, and you can then save it in your Viewranger directory. Sorted!
By the way. These files are only a matter of 2-3kb in size, so if you pay £2.50 per Megabyte downloaded, then you can download each route for less than a penny! Bargain I reckon.
